Fair Isaac Is An Oxymoron! - 09/30/11 07:37 PM

Fair Isaac, the propagators of FICO Scores doesn’t measure your ability or willingness to pay your debits!
? Fair Isaac doesn’t measure your credit although your credit is a portion of there scoreing preversion!
Fair Isaac measures you against their own proprietary model and they do it with out regard to your ability and less than 1/3 of it is based on your history of making your payments!
The extremes, both ends of income have major problems with Fair Isaac as does anyone with non-traditional income.
Fair Isaac doesn’t know your income yet lowers your score drastically for to much credit … (11 comments)

But, to enjoy a career as a real estate agent there is one more requirement! A passion for anthropology! Cultural anthropology! Social anthropology! Martial anthropology! Linguistic anthropology!

Simply put real estate sale is a people business and you must have a passion for people!

Hind Sight Through Polarized Glasses - 09/20/11 04:21 PM
Hind sight through polarized glasses.
Do you procrastinate?

Do you wait for a better deal?

Do you wait and wait and wait and wait?

Do you live vagariously?

Do you masturbate your way through an imitation of life?

Do you live life as a voyeur vicariously watching what others do?

Do you second guess yourself? Even when committed?

Reading Todd Clark’s excellent post again today, I found:
Would your clients buy a home again if they knew what they now know?

How sad it was to read that the majority of those surveyed … (10 comments)

In Defense Of The Mediocre

We’re all born ordinary

except for the extraordinary.

So why become the object

To take a chance is lots of extra work.

To take a chance sets you apart

from those with whom you work.

You know it can’t be done.

What Is Your Home Worth? Do You Care? - 09/10/11 02:29 PM

What Is Your Home Worth? Do You Care?

Home owners, what is your home worth? Do you care? Why? There are only two times when the dollar value matters! The day you purchase it and the day you sell it! (Three times if you refinance.)
How do you value it between those times?

Do you appraise it?

Or do you evaluate all that it provides?

How do you value it? What’s important to you dollars or intrinsic value? Cash or function?

Do you appraise it? Appraisers assign a comparative dollar value to houses not homes … (17 comments)

Blinded By Passionate Illogic - 09/09/11 07:17 PM

Are you blinded by passionate illogic?

Are you blinded by passionate illogic?

I think I’m a highly passionate person.

Brenda and our kids are the only thing I’m more passionate about than logic!

It is entirely possible to be both passionate and logical. It may even be normal for most people, … (10 comments)
