In January of this year I purchased a new Tablet PC ( to replace a 4 year old one) from Motion Computing. A remarkable product I must say. I love it but I will save why I like it so much for another post. I needed some work done to transfer data from the old one and set it up and I was referred to a terrific company , IstComputing here in San Diego. He does a remote set-up and by using his wizard technology, moves things from one computer to another. I was amazed and in the process he also acquainted (7 comments)
What criteria does a homeowner use to select their agent? - 03/31/07 04:41 PM
Have you ever wondered what criteria a homeowner uses to select their listing agent? I have. My own personal experience is that it appears pretty arbitrary but in the seller's mind, I suspect they believe they made the correct choice most of the time based on some criteria that seems difficult to know before hand. Before the final selection is made using what ever criteria is going to be used, names of agents or companies must have landed somewhere within the household or into the minds of the property owner by some means. Was it a mailing, a flier or brochure dropped at the door? (1 comments)
My 2007 San Diego Market Forcast - 03/30/07 02:25 PM
This feature will be continually updated with new information as the real estate market conditions change. In the short term, a few personal comments on the ** Market Outlook here will give some perspective as to what is likely in 2007 The NEW housing market remains overbuilt for the current demand. A number of planned new developments have been put on hold. The resale market has accumulated many more available properties with market times greatly increased but that number has declined over the holidays and with the spring market in focus, those numbers will start increasing again.
