leadership: Great Book to Read on Leadership, Success Principles, and Thinking

For those of you who like to read, "The Ant and the Elephant," by Vince Poscente is a quickly-read parable about leadership and success. The author relates that he listened to a speech by a psychologist, Dr. Lee Pulos, in 1992 that changed his thinking. Or his thinking about his thinking. What I mean is, Dr. Pulos stated that at birth, we have about 120 billion glial cells, or active neurons in the brain--the thinking connections in the brain. When we grow up, we don't use them all and begin to lose them, so that number turns into about 10 billion (3 comments)
