As a realtor I am always giving referrals to lenders, inspectors, home stagers, painters, flooring professionals, appliance companies, handymen, etc. I realized I was giving a disproportionate amount of business to people that Irarely ever reciprocate. Then it dawned on me that realtors are typically the first person a buyer or seller seeks out in the process of buying or selling a home.
So I revisited where my business was coming from and 95% comes from past clients, family and friend referrals and other agent referrals. I decided one way to grwo would be to start a nationwide referral network to find similar … (4 comments)
