Root canal vs Listing Appointment - 07/28/10 01:18 PM
This is a no brainer, I would much rather be going to a listing appointment this afternoon than having a root canal, unfortunately I need to the have the root canal prior to any more appointments or the clients will not be getting my full attention. I have been blessed with a wonderful dentist, in fact I travel 30-45 minutes through Denver to see him, the office atmosphere is fantastic, every one is joking around and laughing, the clients are all having a good time. It is too bad that more office environments are not like this. My teenage sons even look forward

Unbelievable- I just got off the phone with our pharmacy, my son was diagnosed with Crohn's a couple years ago and his new medication will cost $804.38 per month, this is highway robbery, how is he ever supposed to get ahead. When I spoke with the pharmacist he sort of laughed and said "that is a car payment every month". How can I work Part time or retire from real estate? - 07/08/10 03:47 PM
I have seen quite a bit of debate on this subject through many of the blogs over the past couple years. There are not any laws that prohibit you from working part time in the real estate industry. If you are a part timer you need to answer these questions Are you doing a disservice to your clients if you are working somewhere else and agents and lenders need to get answers?
