The National Association of Realtors currently only offers one designation for Realtor members in regards to Distressed Properties.

Don Wixom of RE/MAX Advantage in Nampa, Idaho has recently completed the required education in this rising specialty of the real estate industry.

Don Wixom, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Advantage in Nampa, ID was named as one of Nampa's Top Producers at the most recent general membership meeting of the Nampa Association of Realtors.

The local Realtor Association awards the top producing real estate agents each year at their annual awards luncheon. Wixom was recognized along with about 50 other Nampa agents as ones who sell the most real estate in the area.

The criteria for the award has changed slightly over the past few years and still may need an adjustment or two, depending on the current market, but none the less, Nampa's top agents sold at least $2,000,000 worth of Idaho Real estate each.
