Helping Families Enjoy Christmas in San Antonio Helping families enjoy Christmas, and other holidays in December, is an annual event. It is one time of year where many seem to be most aware of the joys of giving and helping our fellow man. I know that is a generalization and that there are thousands of groups and individuals who are on the front lines of helping the less fortunate everyday. Add Some Cushion to Your Closing DateAdding some additional cushion to your closing date is becoming more of an issue. Over the past three months none of my closings has occurred on the dates agreed to between Buyers and Sellers.None of the negotiated dates was a quick turn around. In the case of my Buyers, we always checked with the Loan Officers before submitting the offer to get a sense as to appropriate time frames and used their guidance.On the Seller's side we have also suffered delays in Closing.
