Around the middle of July I started to think we wouldn’t meet our figures from June. Well we didn’t, but we are very close.

According to the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University, here is how the month of November 08 went for exisiting home sales in Waco:
Sales were down from last year 32.5%
Median prices were down from last year 11.4%
November's inventory actually decreased a bit to 7.9%

According to the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University, here is how the month of August 08 broke down in 3 key areas:
Sales were up by over 8 percent
Median prices were down over 10 percent
