If you have not heard Financial Title is no longer with us. See article below. If you have any escrows with Financial title, you may want to double check that the roll over to First American went ok.  This should make things more interesting...

So with all the news and hype about foreclosures, what is really needed to purchase a foreclosure?
First, you need patience. with the huge surge of foreclosures in today's market, many asset management companies can not keep up. You may be ready to submit an offer and hear back the same day, but many times in the REO world you can expect to wait 36-48 hours.
