Mold, oh my, what the heck do I do about that? We all know mold is nasty, icky and smells bad as well as looks really bad. But, did you know that some of it is very toxic and bad for your health if it remains in your home and is allowed to grow?
For example there is a mold that is black in color that is called Toxic Black Mold. Toxic black mold can cause many health problems in humans such as allergies, irritation and uncommonly invasive diseases. Wow, all of that from a mold? Yep!

Each day I wake up I am stoked to be doing what I love to do. I have truly been blessed! My personality is that of a servant, I love to help people; no matter what their needs are. Each day I am allowed to assist people with their real estate needs, help them make their dreams come true or assist them out of a difficult real estate situation.

listings: Agent Walk Through Open House, Agent Tour, Office Tour - 06/24/08 09:30 AM

Holding an agent walk through open house, sometime referred to as an agent tour or office tour, is a great way to get feedback on your listings.
Many offices usually have the agent tour set on a particular day of the week; I know in our office we do these on Tuesday morning's right after the office meeting. It is usually pretty easy to get your home on the tour; in our office we just send an email to the front desk with our MLS number for the listing.
