Unbelieveable that fall has arrived already!! That means only 82 days before the 1st time homebuyer tax credit disappears. Right now they are saying that it will be gone forever, but they may have a strategy change along the way. Who Knows!! What I do know for sure is this is the only tax break like this we can all count on. This is an opportunity most of us that bought our first homes never had and the banks were more careful way back in the 80's than they are now. So why are more people not taking advantage of this? … (5 comments)
