Hi! I want to know how many others are in this blog new at Virtual tours and Blogging?

It has been overwhelming at times; but interresting how to make a blog. I found it very

confusing at first until I listen to the video by Brad. I am stubborn so I had to diddle around

before I watched the video so what I am getting at; if there are any other newbies' like me had

not watch the video through and learn by what Brad has said and taught us.

I highly recommend to watch this video. This will answer many questions in video to all

that is visual minded. Thank you for reading my post Newbies

Body needs Water or We need hits!

HI Eevryone; I read an artical about how our bodies need water. With out water

we will be dehydrated. Think abut it the same as our blogging for hits. No typing (water)

Dead pages. Typing in our blogs (water) Pages filled with Energy.

I have never been so surprise to get a phone call, and was asked about my virtual tours.

The realtor said his name and then said I was referred about my virtual tour

from another realtor friend.

That made my morning. He said I needed a 360 at an entry in this home. I have tried with

snap shots but rather hard to see and explain to buyers or sellers. That immediately gave me

a wake up call for me. So that day I had the key picked up at the realtors office and made the tour at his surprise I was already finished with the tour that same day.

I love making the virtual tours it is fun and people enjoy looking at there own home movies.

Every morning I wake up hoping to get a phone call from a realtor, friend, or a business

owner. Everytime while learning how to make the virtual tours; all the people in the RTV

that I have wrote to responded with in 24 hours to help me get my virtual tours on the

netrwork. One of my first jobs from a realtor; happen to be one of the biggest clients she had.

HIGH PROFILE HOME........

This tour happened to be a big one. "Boy; did I ever catch a big fish," Metamorphic speaking.

I was zealous thinking nothing could go wrong; after making several trips making this

tour; wow, everything that could go wrong went wrong. The first trip dead batteries.

I 360 everything I could. No still shots. Messed up the slide shows. I am not sure how that one happened at this time. I will figure it out by asking questions. Added floor plan..Upgrade floor plans..Spinfos.3D walkthrough, 2D Picture Plus Plan. I had Morgan so confused?

You name it I did it wrong. and; then after all the embarrasement I was still recommended

by the realtor. I could not believe she still recommended me. That made my day and all

my days; feeling good about my self and business I'm starting. This could have not been

possible; if, it was not for Morgan at the RTV. She is very nice and I want every one to

know she is there for all of us beginners and do not give up. I found out where I lacked

was in confidence and communications. I am on fire now! Our marketing manager

Cheryl Waller has been there also with the web site I purchased from her company.

I am looking at other RTV dealers still trying to make up my mine what logo I want.

Cheryl said to take my time and when I have the logo she will upload it for me.

Very business people with the kindness I have to feel being a kinesthetic person

and virtual that I am. This is another story...................
