Are the words "real estate show" turning you off? Home stagers can advertise with RES. Are you thinking the program sounds too hard? Definitely not hard; don't need special computer know-how.Worried you don't have the right camera? You don't need an expensive camera. Too time consuming? Home staging can creatively solve design problems in commercial spaces too. Today in Hampton, NH I met with Robin Moyer Ratigan, a NH Occupational Therapist who has opened a business called Capable Kids. By helping pre-schoolers with fine and gross motor skills, she is helping our community by decreasing the number of children that need the "Readiness" program (which is funded by our school budget). Artwork is a must for the vanilla or vacant home. It can be expensive to supply a home full of artwork to dress empty walls!
As I'm getting ready to stage a home in Greenland, NH this week, I've got a home that has several nice frames, but I wanted to tie in certain colors and add a more contemporary flair.

 What a pleasant surprise to read that the University of New Hampshire is in the top 5% of energy-efficient college campuses nationwide. The "Winter UNH Magazine", pages 26-29,  is a great eye-opener as to what is happening with the local college students here in Durham, NH.  I'm proud of my alma mater!
