hampton: Adding WWW links into Your Real Estate Show - 06/07/07 10:53 AM
Read today's Real Estate Shows Blog, written by Sarah Cooper, called Work that "WWW" Button! There are several spots to place links in your Real Estate Show, use them all! Where can you add links? "WWW" tab: Again, read Sarah Cooper's blog for advice on this tab. You can change this to add any link you want. Make sure you have your branding info completely filled out, with your email and website link!"Schools" tab: IES is automatically going to come up, as long as you correctly enter the zip code in your property details. This IS a good school info site, but, you (17 comments)
Are the words "real estate show" turning you off? Home stagers can advertise with RES. Are you thinking the program sounds too hard? Definitely not hard; don't need special computer know-how.Worried you don't have the right camera? You don't need an expensive camera. Too time consuming? Once you understand how to create a show, they don't take much time. YOU choose the beautiful staged home (30 comments)
hampton: Staging Commercial Properties in NH - 04/11/07 10:33 PM
Home staging can creatively solve design problems in commercial spaces too. Today in Hampton, NH I met with Robin Moyer Ratigan, a NH Occupational Therapist who has opened a business called Capable Kids. By helping pre-schoolers with fine and gross motor skills, she is helping our community by decreasing the number of children that need the "Readiness" program (which is funded by our school budget). We need Robin Moyer Ratigan. Her commercial staging needs: coming up with a design for her waiting area that can entertain active little ones while keeping Mom and/or Dad comfortable and happy. She needs big design (14 comments)

hampton: Wholly Scrap...Inexpensive Art For the Vanilla or Vacant Home - 03/13/07 10:44 AM
Artwork is a must for the vanilla or vacant home. It can be expensive to supply a home full of artwork to dress empty walls! As I'm getting ready to stage a home in Greenland, NH this week, I've got a home that has several nice frames, but I wanted to tie in certain colors and add a more contemporary flair. In Hampton, NH, there is a scrapbooking store called Wholly Scrap that is to color as IKEA is to furnishings. Probably if you're reading this, you appreciate patterns and colors, so bring your checking account and head over!

hampton: UNH Goes Green (My Alma Mater) - 03/06/07 11:15 PM
What a pleasant surprise to read that the University of New Hampshire is in the top 5% of energy-efficient college campuses nationwide. The "Winter UNH Magazine", pages 26-29, is a great eye-opener as to what is happening with the local college students here in Durham, NH. I'm proud of my alma mater! The driving force behind their green projects is no longer having to choose between the economy and the environment.Presently they are working on a project that would save the university $30-40 million dollars over the next 20 years in heat and electricity bills by piping methane gas from a (7 comments)
