I have figured it out! The tell all  truth about selling a home....the secret to it all....the amazing idea that will change the way we do real estate....I will be rich!

I am going to tell just a few of you all, but if I tell everyone then I will not sell books!!! So what is it? What is the real estate secret for 2013?

Get your home ready (Stage and clean), take great pictures, list with a great FULL time Realtor, price the property as suggested, and place the home on as many web sites (with lots of pictures) as you can!

I know I know....I am a genius! SSSHH do not tell anybody, this will be our little secret....at least until my book comes out.

But, I have to live in the home! But, I do not like pictures of my house on the web! But, my friend Bob lists homes at night when he gets off at the plant! But, I want $25,000 more for the property! But But But... if you said But, I have a book to sell you! Because we will not sell your home.
