The examination consists of multiple-choice questions and is administered as a computerized test. The license exam is offered in English and Spanish. Students who want … (0 comments)

test: Our Steps To A Happy Satisfied Customer - 07/23/12 07:03 AM
We get calls from potential students every day who inquire about our Real Estate School and courses.  Most of them have no clue where to begin with the Real Estate licensing process.  My wife Judy, who is a broker, and real estate instructor herself, handles all the calls that come in.  She has a pleasant attitude and lots of patience and takes the time to answer all questions. Judy treats each call as unique and shows a genuine interest in the needs of each individual.  She goes above and beyond to help with each person on a personal basis.
In some cases,  the students that call have not yet … (7 comments)

test: Sept. 2011 Broker State Exam Pass Rate Summary Report - 10/08/11 01:42 PM
Starting next year (2012) I hope see an increase in enrollments in our broker class.  I do two broker classes a year, October and February. For the first time we have canceled our October class. February is still on the schedule for now and we still have our online classes.
I believe in 2012 we will see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. Oh, by the way, the end of the tunnel may be in 2013.
