Well, here I am at the Seaport Hotel looking around at all the smiling faces, despite the fact that we are all about to get RAINED upon for the next 8 hours! I thought I could upload photos from my iPhone to my blog, but the technology has failed me. No worries though, I'll send updates throughout the day and will post photos later. A Chapter 13 Bankruptcy is generally appropriate for those individuals who have non-exempt property they wish to retain and who have enough income to reasonably pay the reorganized debt after covering reasonable living expenses.) 10 years from the date filed. I recommend that my clients use Google Alerts to keep updated on where their names and businesses are coming up online.
