I have recently noticed alot of people including Realtors on Facebook, people asking me questions on Facebook, Etc:: What is the opinion of the whole on running your ads with a "check me out on facebook" or otherwise. Don't know if this really helps although I have found you can link your listings and websites.

I have recently had many buyers say that as they are browsing homes on the web they actually get tired of waiting for Virtual tours to load and prefer just loooking at photo slide shows. Has anyone else had comments of this nature or have an opinion… more
