One of the biggest complaints in the Atlanta real estate market these days is from buyer agents that cannot get hold of the listing agent. This is now occurring all the time whether you are trying to show a home that demands notice to the listing agent before showing, or after you have entered into a contract. There is no reply. It is frustrating to the client of the buyer that cannot believe that an agent will not return your call even if the home is priced over a million dollars. Do you remember when you first interviewed any broker? The broker was the ultimate professional, upstanding, ethical, the epitome of integrity. They informed you they were there to see you succeed in your new career. Every resource they had was at your disposal, and they were only a phone call away. Their office was nothing but full time real estate professionals...just like you. "No part-timers here!" But anytime you ever call anyone all you get is static recorded voice messages.
