The Mill Creek subdivision is located in sought after Canton GA. The Mill Creek subdivision is a newer home community, the last new home sales were sold last year. For the past several years I've been using narrated video tours to post online. Consumers love them, and so do sellers! It costs a little more but I find our homes always sell, and I can track behind the scenes how many times it is view and emailed! I also have access to the comments of the viewers to their senders!
