Interesting article posted on MSN that if Americans won't buy homes, foreigners will!International interest in U.S. properties continues to grow this year with the biggest focus on homes in California and Florida. I can say from personal experience here in Laguna Beach that our Open House traffic always brings in International prospects. Laguna is a very desirable oceanfront community and the perception is that homes are more affordable right now...not to mention the foreign exchange rate and decreasing value of the dollar, making it a very opportune time to buy for International clients!Check out the entire article here:
