The Home Staging Talent Contest is open to all participants, not just Home Stagers, and will provide everyone an opportunity to demonstrate their skills, learn, share, gain recognition, pick up some quality links and possibly be declared a Challenge Winner or The Overall Grand Prize Winner. 

At this time, there have already been over 54,541 Views and 17,447 Clicks for The Home Staging Talent Contest related posts (Not including Re-blogs and activity on each participant's individual posts).

The Ultimate Challenge

Since this is the Final Challenge for The Home Staging Talent Contest, let's make it special.

Close your left eye, tie your right hand behind your back, stand on your left foot and complete the following Challenge...

Before and After photos of Any THREE Rooms must be included in your post.  

A reference regarding the Cost and Value of Home Staging must be included in your post.

The Key Words "Home Staging", "Home Stager", "Experienced" and "Professional" must be included in your post.  

Each Participant may individually select "The Topic" but it must relate to Home Staging.  This is your chance to WOW a consumer with the best of your best.  Good Luck with Challenge 5.

Winners will be selected based upon the appearance of their Project and their Post.

The Posts

A post must be written for each challenge and a link to each challenge entry must be included in the comment section of the appropriate challenge.

Home Staging and similar beneficial keywords should be used to connect with likely search terms submitted to Google. Titles and content should be intended for CONSUMERS. No reference to a Contest should be made in any qualifying post. Each post is for the benefit of the participant, as it will relate to future client appeal.

The Winners

There will be 3 winners for each of 5 Challenges plus an Overall Winner. No 1st, 2nd or 3rd place winners will be identified for any single challenge, however The Overall Winner will be identified. The same participant may be declared a Winner in more than one Challenge.

The Prizes

Each of the 3 winners for any Challenge will be featured in a Special Post highlighting their accomplishment. This post will include a picture and links to their profile, selected Website and/or Blog. These posts will also be syndicated on Twitter, LinkedIn, Google + and other appropriate sites.

The prize for all Challenges is recognition and increased online exposure for The Winners. ALL Participants in each Challenge will also be acknowledged.

The Overall Grand Prize Award requires participation in at least 3 of the 5 Challenges. Theoretically, this would be the participant that a Consumer would select based upon their overall performance, professionalism and presentation.

The Grand Prize is...A Special Recognition Post announcing and highlighting The Overall Winner...Two Additional Posts featuring The Overall Winner...plus Four (4) Hours of My Personal Time dedicated to and for the exclusive benefit of The Overall Winner. These hours may be used for creating an introduction or topic video, setting up a YouTube Channel, reviews, evaluations and recommendations for existing sites and profiles, creation of desired content or whatever actions are determined by The Winner to be of most value.
