Real Estate has several streams of return. One is the pay down of the mortgage. Second is the cash flow, the actual profit made each and every month rent is paid. My daughter, Megan, has a hurting hand. You will notice the swollen, discolored hand which is anything but normal. She injured her hand in the final field hockey game. Another stick hit her directly on the knuckle and this is the end result. The x-ray did not show any noticeable break, but the doctor believed it must be cracked or chipped. On Saturday evening I went for a walk. During this walk I noticed the clear, beautiful starry sky. I was amazed. The night was cold and crisp and somehow seemed to make the clarity of the sky more pronounced.
