Slower market sure. We have had a campaign on the island talking for over a year about the time to buy is now. As a newbie but an economics major, I had a difficult time embracing this. Today I had a call from a potential client inquiring about the island etc. DUring our conversation it came to me: the time to buy is when our clients are ready. We need to remember why we are in this and if we are in it to push the product to fill our pockets, then its time to move to another industry. May I … (4 comments)
