According to the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, July 2007 was a relatively great month for home sales.
The monthly sales recap released today states that 539 Homes sold in July, down only 2.4% from July 2006 (552).  The average sale price did break the record at $205,545 - pretty high … (5 comments)
