I Love statistics! So today I decided to do a little research on Newport Beach as a whole compared to Balboa Island. Although Balboa Island is a small community in Newport it does have some of the most expensive real estate in Newport.

Although we constantly hear how it's a buyers market and it is. Look at the inventory graph on the Island. Not mamy homes for sale, compared to the rest of the city.
