Corona Del Mar condos median list price has recently dropped a bit, but on the up side for sellers, inventory is decreasing! This is a mild positive sign, although the days on market is trending up to 134 days. In Corona Del Mar home sales have been exceeding new inventory for several weeks. However because of the excess of inventory, prices have not yet stopped falling. If sales continue to out do new inventory then we can expect prices to creep up.
