List prices have dropped again in the Corona Del Mar area. I believe this is due to the over priced listings that are on the market today. Take a look, 51% of homes listed today have had a price decrease. Homes are selling these days and quickly, but they have to be priced correctly. If you are wondering what the real estate market is doing check out the chart above. You can clearly see the peak was is July 2007. Since then it's continued to decline. Pricing in Newport Beach and Corona Del Mar had not been affected as much as other areas but we have definately seen a drop recently.

As Real Estate prices have continued to drop, it has not excluded the ultra luxurious neighborhood of Corona Del Mar Village.
