List prices have dropped again in the Corona Del Mar area. I believe this is due to the over priced listings that are on the market today. Take  a look,  51% of homes listed today have had a price decrease. Homes are selling these days and quickly, but they have to be priced correctly.
There continues to be an excess of inventory on the market in Corona Del Mar. With the Holidays approaching soon sellers will have to reduces prices or be willing to negotiate.

If you are wondering what the real estate market is doing check out the chart above. You can clearly see the peak was is July 2007. Since then it's continued to decline. Pricing in Newport Beach and Corona Del Mar had not been affected as much as other areas but we have definately seen a drop recently.
