Century 21 Agents Really Are FasterJust announced at the International Convention last week in Las Vegas, Century 21 will sponsor this Indy car in the upcoming Memorial Day Indianapolis 500. The Honda powered Dallara chassis racer will sport the Century 21 familiar gold, black and white color scheme along with corporate logos. The car, also numbered "21" to fit the theme, is owned by Sarah Fisher Hartman Racing and will be be Josef Newgarden.

I'm pleased to report the successful negotiation of the short sale for a condo in the California Tesoro Homes in Rancho Santa Margarita.

This was a complicated negotiation due to the fact that there was a 1st trust deed with a major bank as well as a 2nd trust deed with a credit union. My team was successful in getting both lenders to come to agreement and settle the short sale. The unit is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath unit with 1400 square feet.
