Great post from Just Your Style on Maui! It's very important to ensure that a home has its best foot forward from the first showing on. I usually try to get my sellers to have their home professionally staged or I help them with staging, as well. It makes an incredible difference!!

Seriously Stupid FHA Appraiser's And The Three S's - 02/14/12 10:52 AM
FHA appraisal (or VA appraisal) problems. This comes up alot in Hawaii. I've had several properties where, as a result of the appraisal, the BUYER had to make repairs prior to close. A little more complicated, but can usually work and we have closed every deal. Great information here. Thanks Michael!!
