Today, October 15, Coca Cola of the Ozarks  opened up its bottling factory at 1777 N. Packer Rd in Springfield, MO for the public take a tour through the building.    We only stood in line for about ten minutes and then we were inside watching bottles on the conveyor belts, filling up with coca cola, topping with a lid, and then heading off to get labeled.  This factory produces over eight different sizes and today they were bottling 20 oz. bottles of Coke.

This is a great list for the inspection.  I definitely agree with replacing bulbs and believe that it should be "ALMOST" mandatory.   Nothing like not knowing if lights are functional or burned out.   Vacant houses are notorious for burnt out bulbs, simply because lights are left on after a showing, Bad, very Bad!

Deb brings up the elephant in the room, FEMA's new flood maps are official.    This is going to be tough on any buyers who have not budgeted for flood insurance but is now mandated to have it.   The elevation certification sounds like the answer to the fight with the cost around $350.00
