Natural Gas Explosion in North Austin - 01/14/12 10:35 PM
I read this blog and knew it was something I had to repost.    The signs of a natural gas leak are not to be ignored.   Unfortunately 13 years ago, a dear friend's father's house exploded from a gas leak.  Unfortunately, his father and his two dogs died in the explosion, there was no closure.    If you smell rotten eggs, it could be the chemical that they put in gas.

MHDC Missouri Housing Development Commission Has Raised its Income Limits for Springfield, MO and Surrounding area. - 01/08/12 10:24 PM
 
                Well, it is official, and it is good news!      Missouri Housing Development Commission (bond money) has increased the income limits for our area.  The income limits are for the Springfield and surrounding areas.   A household size of 1-2 people has an income limit of $60,700 for a property located in a non-targeted area.  There are various qualifications that need to be met with this type of loan, but it is a great option for your first-time home-buyers who have limited funds available for a down payment.  Feel free to give me a call if you would like more information!
