Here is the MARKET REPORT for REPUBLIC High School District, REPUBLIC, Mo.  Buyers often buy in their CHOICE school district.   REPUBLIC High School Market Report in Republic, Mo has declined in # of closed transactions 195 YTD to 244 LYTD.  This definitely shows a decline in buyers in Republic, however when comparing Sept 2010 to Sept 2011,there was a 33% increase in # of houses sold between 100,000 to 150,000, possibly because of new construction and USDA loans.
