Charlotte - Despite the difficult real estate market, local real estate and property management firm, Carolinas Metro Realty, is thriving and opening a new office in Uptown Charlotte. Compared to last year, the company has increased the amount revenue and profits by 50% and has doubled the amount of agents. This success is allowing Carolinas Metro Realty to expand and open a new office in Uptown Charlotte located at 1301 Harding Place. The new Uptown office will be officially opened on Monday November 29th, 2010.
