I'm always interested in trends...
Via Monique Hailer (CENTURY 21 New Millennium):

Bright and Bold: Roll in the red carpet! ...I mean, couch! Since wall colors are becoming more neutral (grays, off whites) a bright something has got to stand out. Don't over do it though. Pick one piece, a bright carpet, a vibrant green chair, then decorate around it with softer tones.

Modern Shine- The sleek modern home is jazzing up the living space with metallic accents. Surrounded by more black and whites.Dinner parties are going to feel more like the Oscars. (Or … (1 comments)

5 Things to do Before Putting Your Home on the Market in Lusby Maryland
1. Have a Pre-sale Home Inspection - Be proactive by arranging for a pre-sale home inspection. An inspector will be able to give you a good indication of the trouble areas that will stand out to potential buyers, and you'll be able to make repairs before open houses begin.
2. Organize and Clean - Pare down clutter and pack up your least - used items, such as large blenders and other kitchen tools, out-of-season clothes, … (2 comments)

THEY NEED ME! - 01/09/10 07:47 AM
Ok so I have started a new affirmation prior to an appointment that really helps me to keep myself in the right mindset! I repeat to myself several time this phrase... "THEY NEED ME!< THEY NEED ME, THEY NEED ME!!" I know it sounds a bit corny, but I have decided that repeating what is true can only help me to be a better service to my clients. They truly do need me. They need me to sell their home, so they can move closer to Mom, because she needs them. Or they need a larger home, or a smaller home because … (3 comments)
