Brazilian cocktail for the Superbowl!

Batida de Coco
1 can condensed milk 1 can coconut milk Rum or vodka 1 can (measure it in the empty condensed milk can) Ice Mix all the ingredients in the blender. Try it and according with your taste, add more ice or rum. If you want, you can sprinkle shredded coconut on your glass. Enjoy in moderation! Cheers!

I recently discovered a bit more aobut the State of Maryland's Department of Housing and Community Development "House Keys for Employees" program. THis program is a great tool to help with Downpayment expense assistance to first time home buyers. Charles County Md Commissioners supported this program. Essentially if you qualify for the the program and your "employer" participates you could qualify for up to $10,000 in settlement assistance. St Marys County Commissioners agreed this week to put most of the lands on Mechanicsville MD east side in the Rural Preservation District.  They did this to avoid traffic and visual problems.  It's great news that the countryside is going to be preserved a few more years.  63 acres were set aside for higher residential use.
