Here's the Latest News on the HAMP Loan Modification Program - 12/27/10 06:33 PM
This program had so much potential, yet it hasn't worked as of yet. I really hope that the program can get legs and help as many people as possible.

Just the other day, on Tuesday, December 14, 2010, the Congressional Oversight Panel (www.cop.senate.gov) issued a report that provided a scathing commentary on the HAMP program (Obama’s loan modification program)--stating that it has not been nearly as effective as previously hoped.

OK so I gave up on real tree's a couple years ago, but I know there are all of you out there that still like dealing with needles over the floor and trimming it to fit in the door, and keeping it watered all the time, and the dragging it out of the house to recycle it! Ridge Firehouse Christmas Tree Lighting tonight Friday, Dec 3, 2010 from 6:30-9:30pm at the Ridge Vol Fire Dept in Ridge, MD....there will be music (some songs sung by students from local schools), face painting, crafts, cookies, gifts for the kids, raffles...and OF COURSE Santa will be arriving in true Ridge style via a firetruck straight from the north pole...!!)
