Just got back from a walk on our property. Reflecting on this past year and all the trials and successful events. We have had such a roller coaster market but were able to help a lot of people see their homeowner dream come true. Take a minute to survey where you are and give thanks. Well here we are approaching the wonderful Fall season in the western slope of Montrose, Colorado. This is the most beautiful and colorful time of year. Soon the Aspens will be turning and the Elk will be bugling and the the high country will get its first dusting of snow. Montrose has so much to offer for recreational outings in the most beautiful part of Colorado. The ski season will be starting soon and fall golf will be at its prettiest.
