What a year finally hit the 200,000 milestone. Have worked really hard and have not been on Active Rain to much this year.
We are still behind in our economy and seeing prices still moving downward.
I realize there is some hope out there for a turn around but I am not convinced that it has hit bottom in our region.
More than 30% of sales are still foreclosures or short. Many good buys and activity has been upward.
We are seeing volume numbers at a low and it is taking 3 transactions to make the same sale price based on … (3 comments)

The Heavens declare His Glory!! This was the sunrise yesterday from our rim. What a display of awesome color.
We are so thankful for this beautiful time of year. The valley is on fire with colors. We are now seeing snow on top of the golden color of fall and Thanksgiving is just around the corner. The deer are moving into the valley and another season is in full swing.
