FTC Implementing New Rule With Regards to Short Sale Transactions - 05/13/11 02:31 PM

ATTN: Short Sale Listing Agents !!!!
The NAR (National Association of Realtors) reports that the FTC, Federal Trade Commission has implemented a new rule that aims to protect homeowners from mortgage relief scams may impact real estate professionals who represent clients involved in short sale transactions.

Home Values Fall Again, According to ZILLOW.com.....No Change Through 2011? - 05/10/11 01:24 PM

A recent report by ZILLOW.com shows that prices are dipping more then in 2008. They anticipate a continuation of this through 2011 and perhaps leveling in 2012.
