Pricing for California Wholesale Interest Rates has remained at historically low levels this week so the "par" or wholesale rate is still closest to 4.375%. This was for the 30 Yr. Fixed for a Conforming Loan for June 18. The table below is the result of my daily Loansifter search to find the best wholesale interest rates for a typical scenario from my company approved lenders in California. Pricing for California Wholesale Interest Rates was mixed today while the "par" or wholesale rate edges closer to 4.625%. This was for the 30 Yr. Fixed for a Conforming Loan for May 14. The table below is the result of my daily Loansifter search to find the best wholesale interest rates for a typical scenario from my company approved lenders in California. Note that pricing can change at anytime throughout the day, and your pricing may be different based upon your particular scenario. This morning, May 14, 4.625% has a price of 99.845.

From Upfront Mortgage Broker to Upfront Mortgage Banker - Part II of III. In Part I, I left off at the point where I had decided to change companies - actually because I wanted to have the ability to do FHA loans. My old company, Clarion Mortgage, could not do FHA loans. Interestingly, the owners of the companies (my old one and my new one), were some of the same individuals, but they had to set up a separate company to do FHA loans. From Upfront Mortgage Broker to Upfront Mortgage Banker - My Story. I have been proud to have been an Upfront Mortgage Broker for many years. However, because I recently changed companies, the bylaws of the Upfront Mortgage Broker's organization made it necessary for me, and many others, to resign.
