I have been marketing to my past clients since I started in the business in 2002. I mail postcards, letters and flyers which have a call to action to insure a quick response. Since I have routinely sent these I have been told the reason I called was the consistency and persistence you have showed since our last transaction. When are some examples realtors send to the past clients?
