As a new agent to the residential industry, I have come to realize most of the general public do not know a great deal about real estate. I have ran into more people who are looking to rent homes and are willing to spend more than $1700 a month in rent as opposed to paying on a mortgage. When I ask why do you not want to buy; the responses I get is "it's a terrible time to buy."
