In the DC Metropolitan area, the market for purchasing a home is the best it's been in nearly 35 years!  Homes in this area are more affordable now than they have been in over the last five years.  Normally with lower prices comes a rise in interest rates, but not today!  Interest rates are historically low.  Not only does the DC area market present the affordable homes and low rates, but many sellers are also willing to pay out some of the buyers closing costs.  Yet, with all these factors being in the favor of … (0 comments)
