Just about everyone who owns his or her home likes to keep tabs on the neighborhood.  They want to know what homes in their neighborhood sold for.   People always wonder how much the house down the street is listed for, how fast it sold, who sold it, and what it was sold for.

Oklahoma City is busting out of the recession. The people love it here, and are just excited about the city.
Compared to the rest of the country, the Oklahoma City metro area is doing extremely well. We enjoy the second lowest unemployment of large cities in the nation (behind Washington DC). We have a new 50 story building being built downtown, thanks to Devon. Devon's old building has been bought by Continental, who is moving their headquarters to OKC and planning on tripling in size here.
