Thanks Lola!  Seems like we're picking up steam in terms of activity in the last week or so.  Hopefully after spring break we'll see things really crank up. 

With prices, interest rates and the $8000 tax credit, any buyer who is still on the fence hasn't been paying attention.

Eric, there's no denying it.  Something is definitely happening.  I've been seeing this increase over the last month...mostly as we tried to negotiate several deals for buyers only to find that we were 3,4th or 12th in line!  The media will catch on in about 12 months. :)
