6 Comments on Paia/Haiku Maui HI Real Estate Newsletter - March 2009
Georgina- saw your name pop up on my subscriber board and all I wanted to do is pop on over here to see what gorgeous photos you have for us this evening. Love the flowers. Yearning for home.
Katerina - thanks for checking it out. You will have to come next spring for the Flower Festival! Or else in the fall for the County Fair - that is loaded with flowers.
Georgina, the orchids are so beautiful and your pictures are clear and crisp. When will the Ho'olaulea be held next year>
I'm curious. With peace and quiet selling for $530 thousand, and huge views selling for $1.2 million, and a gated community selling for $2.088 million, I'd like to know how much those orchids sell for.
Alright, I admit, I'm just in one of those weird moods this afternoon. I've been out in the boondocks all day showing properties.
Leolinda - it'll be sometime in March, rain or shine.
Jim - you've been staring at that red painting too long. Actually the orchids at the fair were very fair-priced, 6 for $20. Orchids are a really good deal over here, and they're easy to grow in this climate.
Georgina - I always love reading your latest newsletter to see how the market is doing out there! There are so many interesting listings!!!
