7. Lawn and tree maintenance.  Owner maintains, plants and waters within their own courtyard areas, however.

8. Recreational facilities: 2 pools, 2 tennis courts and a volleyball court.

9. Road maintenance, common area maintenance, sidewalks and streetlights

10.  On-Site Management open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
