Tree Tops Round Robin Another Success!

The Annual TreeTops Round Robin held March 14th was a great success!  Almost 25 neighbors participated, ranging from parents of newborns to empty nesters, owners who bought in 2002, and owners who just moved in this past year.  What a great way to meet neighbors in a casual setting.

As  hosts at the first stop, we found it incredibly easy!  All I had to do was clean the house and light the candles and fireplace.  One third of the couples brought cold appetizers to our home.  Plates, cups and ice were dropped off earlier in the day.  All I had to do afterward was spend 10 minutes picking up.  No dishes,  just clearing empty bottles and cans.  (everyone brings their own beverages).  What could be easier!

Cheri & Jerry Bakula hosted the second stop, with hot appetizers.  Some talent was exposed when Rock Band was turned on!  We won't tell who was the most talented, but everyone had fun whether watching or doing the entertaining!  A fun neighbors trivia game helped everyone get to know each other better

Then it was on to the Stadlers home for desserts.  WOW!  If we thought the appetizers were good, the desserts were outstanding!  How about homemade Baklava, brownies, cheese cakes or an amazing display of "adult" cupcakes...Now let me explain the adult part...Several different plates or displays of Amaretto, Pina Colada, Cappucino and Margarita Cupcakes.  Not only did they look adorable (Margaritas were pale green with tiny straws!), all the desserts tasted fabulous...
