A Lutz developer named Dara Khoyi ,who plans on turning one of the busiest corners into a retail and office space. Pasco County permitting has not been secured yet. Gateway Galleria had been planed as a 7-story with about 47,000 square feet for retail and 30,000 for office space. A traffic study must be done,on the impact of the traffic before permitting process so that Dara Khoyi's plans can be secured. The property has to be rezoned, and a series of premitting steps and public meetings which will take many many weeks of hearings. Dara Khoyi of TeamKar Development is still working out his plan. Dara is also very busy with his high-dollar 20 acre lakefront property in Lutz just south of County Line Rd. calling it Bellamere.Where he is going to build a hugh house, where he is looking forward to having a home theatre that well take up much of the 7,200 square foot home! Arthur Rutenberg Homes is planning a model home in the "posh" neighborhood.
