Downtown Columbus Ga is relaxing!

The downtown area of Columbus is going thru a revitilazation with street scapes along Broadway and the Columbus State University moving the Arts and Music departments downtown.  We love to go downtown and sit outside with a cup of coffee or some other beverage and just relax.  We also eat downtown at about once a week at somewhere like the Cannon Brewery which is an old brick foundry which they have remodeled into a fun restaurant.  If we have time we can take a walk down the riverwalk along the Chattahoochee, take in a play at the Springer Opera House or go to a concert at the Rivercenter.  It is a great area to hang out!
